Established by John W. Watson, watchmaker and jeweller in 1881 we are proud to have served generations of local residents and visitors to our part of the Yorkshire Wolds. We have a well established reputation for first class customer service, reliability and honesty in a friendly and comfortable environment in the centre of town.
We stock a huge range of quality watches, jewellery, clocks and giftware to suit all budgets and tastes and we are always delighted to help our customers in choosing the item that is exactly right for them.
Jewellery and watch repairs are carried out in our own workshops and we have long established arrangements with our watch and jewellery repair partners for more specialist services.
We stock a large range of ladies and gentlemen's wedding bands in 9ct and 18 ct yellow, white or rose gold and platinum. In addition we can easily arrange for your choice of design to be made in the material of your choice and, of course, we offer our expert ring sizing service. We also offer free onsite inside ring engraving to all of our customers.
All of our diamond products are certified "Conflict Free" and fully comply with the protocols of the Kimberley Process.
We take a great deal of pride in offering "good old fashioned" service and value for money.
