We offer a wide array of quality services including:

• Jewellery repairs of any complexity
• Valuations for insurance purposes
• Engraving - we have a computerised Gravograph M20 engraving machine in the workshop
• Jewellery refinishing and cleaning
• Watch repairs and servicing (usually including a 12 month guarantee)
• Watch battery cell replacement (generally within 15 minutes). Please note that we use only fresh top quality Rayovac, Seiko, Panasonic or Maxell batteries - we do not use cheap batteries sourced from SE Asia. All battery changes take place in a clean workshop environment by trained personnel using the correct tools
• Watch bracelet repair including shortening or lengthening
• Watch straps supplied and fitted
• Ring sizing
• Emergency and non-emergency ring removal. We are able to visit you at home in appropriate circumstances
• Jewellery made to order in hallmarked silver, 9ct 18ct or 22ct gold (yellow, rose or white) or platinum. Remember that we are happy to have any item of jewellery which is in stock re-made to your exact requirements eg if you see an item on display which is 9ct yellow gold we can easily arrange to have it made in 18ct white gold
• Refurbishment of any item of jewellery
